These 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Cola Ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender with almost zero effort. Sweet, savory, and sticky in the best way, this is the ultimate dump-and-go recipe when you want big flavor with minimal prep.
🛒 Ingredients
3–4 lbs pork ribs (baby back or country-style)
1 cup cola (regular, not diet)
1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Place ribs in the slow cooker, cutting to fit if needed.
Pour cola over the ribs.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until very tender.
Carefully remove ribs and drain excess liquid.
Brush ribs generously with BBQ sauce.
Optional but recommended: Broil ribs on a baking sheet for 3–5 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
