3-Ingredients Lemon Bars
3 ingredients. No baking. No mixer. Just pure lemon magic.
Ingredients
20 graham cracker squares
¾ cup fresh lemon juice
2 (14-ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang for easy removal.
Place the graham cracker squares in a single, even layer across the bottom of the pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes so it can naturally thicken.
Pour the lemon filling evenly over the graham cracker layer.
Spread the top smooth using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, or until the filling is completely set.
Lift the dessert from the pan, cut into bars, and serve chilled.
