🐣🌸 Easter Fluff Salad
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup mini pastel marshmallows
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup colorful sprinkles (for garnish)
Directions:
1- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped topping and vanilla pudding mix. Stir until smooth and fully blended.
2- Gently fold in the crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, cherries, shredded coconut, and pecans if using.
3- Add the mini pastel marshmallows and mix until evenly distributed.
4- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to combine.
5- Before serving, sprinkle colorful sprinkles and extra marshmallows on top for decoration.
