Sausage Balls
Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork sausage
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups baking mix (such as Bisquick)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan or line it with nonstick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, shredded cheddar, baking mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix with your hands until everything is evenly incorporated.
Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, shape the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them in the prepared mini muffin cups.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the sausage is cooked through.
Allow them to cool slightly before serving. These taste great warm and pair perfectly with dipping sauces like ranch or honey mustard.
